WILL BE MADE UP ON SUNDAY, MAY 22, AS THE FIRST GAME OF A SINGLE-ADMISSION DOUBLEHEADER, WHICH WILL BEGIN AT 3:05 P.M.

***ONLY TICKETS DATED SUNDAY, MAY 22, WILL BE VALID FOR THE DOUBLEHEADER. TICKETS FOR TONIGHT'S ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED GAME (DATED FRIDAY, MAY 20) WILL NOT BE VALID FOR SUNDAY’S DOUBLEHEADER.***

The New York Yankees have announced that tonight’s Yankees-White Sox game (Friday, May 20) will not be played due to the forecast of sustained inclement weather.

The game will be made up on Sunday, May 22 as the first game of a single-admission doubleheader, which will begin at 3:05 p.m. The second game will start no earlier than 7:05 p.m. If the first game ends later than 6:35 p.m., Game 2 would start approximately 30 minutes after the end of Game 1.

Tickets for tonight’s game (Friday, May 20) will not be valid for the Sunday, May 22, single-admission doubleheader.

On Sunday, all Yankee Stadium Gates will open to fans with valid tickets at 2 p.m.

Please note that the distribution of tonight’s “Andy Pettitte Bobblehead presented by Delta Air Lines” (for the first 18,000 Guests) has been rescheduled for Friday, June 10 at 7:05 p.m., when the Yankees take on the Chicago Cubs.
