Yankees-Red Sox postponed July 15 game to be made up as first game of split-admission doubleheader Tuesday, Aug. 17 at 1:05 p.m.

Tickets dated Thursday, July 15, will be valid only for Game 1 of the Tuesday, Aug. 17 doubleheader at 1:05 p.m.

The New York Yankees today announced that the previously postponed game Thursday, July 15, between the Yankees and Red Sox has been rescheduled as the first game (1:05 p.m.) of a split-admission doubleheader Tuesday, Aug. 17, at Yankee Stadium.

Fans holding paid tickets for Thursday’s postponed game (July 15, 2021) may use them for the rescheduled game at 1:05 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 17 at Yankee Stadium or exchange them for tickets to a regular season game (subject to availability) as described in the Yankees’ rain check policy, which may be found at www.yankees.com/raincheck.

Yankee Stadium gates will open at 11:30 a.m. for Game 1 Tuesday, Aug. 17, and the game will be broadcast on YES.

Fans holding complimentary (COMP) tickets or those holding tickets obtained via the Commissioner’s Initiative for Kids must use them for the rescheduled game. COMP tickets or equivalent tickets bear no cash value and do not have any additional benefits that may be offered to ticket(s) with a dollar value.
