NEW YORK – JUNE 28, 2022 – On Thursday, June 30, the New York Liberty will celebrate their eighth annual PRIDE Game at Barclays Center when the team hosts the Atlanta Dream at 7 p.m. ET. Leading into Thursday’s game, the Liberty organization was represented at several NYC-based PRIDE events throughout the month including Brooklyn Pride (June 11), Harlem Pride (June 25) and NYC PrideFest (June 26).

The night will commemorate PRIDE and the LGBTQIA+ community through pre and postgame events, performances and more. In-game elements are headlined by Tina Twirler’s halftime drag performance and a $5,000 donation presentation to the Callen-Lorde Community Health Center, which provides sensitive, quality health care and related services for New York’s lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender communities — in all their diversity — regardless of ability to pay.

Fans can also support the Callen-Lorde Community Health Center by purchasing rainbow cookies at Brooklyn Market located on the concourse of Barclays Center. The first 2,000 guests in attendance will receive an exclusive commemorative PRIDE tote bag on gameday courtesy of SeatGeek, and a special edition Liberty “Own Your Pride” t-shirt will be available for purchase at Brooklyn Fanatics located on the main concourse.
