Over parts of two Minor League seasons in the Yankees organization (2023-24), Hampton has gone 4-4 with a 3.45 ERA (125.1IP, 96H, 57R/48ER, 46BB, 161K, 14HR) in 27 starts. The Kilgore, Tex., native was selected by the Yankees in the sixth round of the 2022 First-Year Player Draft out of Texas Tech University.
Jones, 24, batted .274/.362/.571 (120-for-438) with 102R, 23 doubles, 1 triple, 35HR, 80RBI, 58BB and 29SB in 116 combined games with Double-A Somerset and Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre last season. He appeared defensively at all three outfield positions (CF – 87G/86GS, LF – 12G/GS, RF – 6G/GS). Among qualified Minor League batters, he ranked second in home runs, fifth in SLG, sixth in total bases (250), tied for seventh in extra-base hits (59) and eighth in runs scored. He also led Yankees farmhands in home runs and runs scored, ranked second in extra-base hits, total bases and SLG, third in RBI and OPS (.933), fifth in hits and was tied for seventh in stolen bases and doubles. The outfielder is currently ranked as the No. 2 prospect in the Yankees organization by Baseball America and the No. 4 prospect by MLB Pipeline. Over parts of four Minor League seasons in the Yankees organization (2022-25), Jones has batted .271/.349/.490 (405-for-1,493) with 267R, 88 doubles, 11 triples, 72HR, 236RBI, 172BB and 109SB in 380 career games. The Encinitas, Calif., native was selected by the Yankees in the first round (25th overall) of the 2022 First-Year Player Draft out of Vanderbilt University (Tenn.).
Rodríguez, 22, was named by Baseball America as the Yankees’ 2025 Minor League “Player of the Year” after going 11-8 with a 2.58 ERA (150.0IP, 104H, 52R/43ER, 57BB, 176K, 3HR) in 27 combined appearances (26 starts) with High-A Hudson Valley, Double-A Somerset and Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. Among qualified Minor League pitchers, he ranked second in strikeouts, was tied for fifth in innings pitched and eighth in opponents’ BA (.192) and ERA. Rodríguez ranked first among Yankees farmhands in strikeouts and innings pitched, was tied for first in starts, second in ERA, opponents’ BA and WHIP (1.07), and tied for third in wins. The right-handed pitcher is currently tabbed as the No. 3 overall prospect in the Yankees organization by Baseball America and MLB Pipeline. Over parts of four Minor League seasons in the Boston Red Sox (2022-24) and Yankees (2025) organizations, Rodríguez has gone 22-19 with a 2.59 ERA (333.1IP, 243H, 131R/96ER, 142BB, 371K, 12HR) in 75 games (70 starts). The San Juan, P.R., native was originally selected by Boston in the fourth round of the 2021 First-Year Player Draft. Rodríguez was acquired by the Yankees along with international signing bonus pool money from the Red Sox in exchange for C Carlos Narváez on Dec. 11, 2024.
