Graham, 27, was acquired from Minnesota in a minor trade last May and spent most of the season on the Yankees' 40-man roster. He spent most of his time in pinstripes at Double-A Trenton, going 2-1 with a 1.82 ERA and five saves in 17 appearances, and after moving up to Triple-A Scranton in September, Graham was 2-0 with a 0.00 ERA in three innings over two regular-season games.
The righty went on to pitch 2 1/3 scoreless innings and record one save during the RailRiders' run to the Governors' Cup and Triple-A National Championship, but he was outrighted off the 40-man roster in late-September.
Reeves, 23, was the Yankees' tenth-round pick in 2015 out of the Citadel, and he was 1-1 with a 3.08 ERA in 13 relief outings at Short-Season Class-A Staten Island as a rookie. Last year, the Summerville, S.C. native started the season close to home at Class-A Charleston, spent most of the season at Class-A Advanced Tampa, and finished with Trenton, going a combined 6-2 with a 2.22 ERA and one save in 32 games (12 starts) while striking out 117 batters in 97 1/3 innings.
The southpaw also made one quick appearance in the postseason with Trenton, allowing a base hit to the only batter he faced.
