Yankees bookend All-Star Game lineup

When Tuesday’s All-Star Game kicks off in Kansas City, the Yankees’ captain, Derek Jeter, will be in his customary leadoff position, followed by Robinson Cano batting second.

Yankees bookend the lineup with Curtis Granderson batting ninth for the American League. Here’s the rest of the lineup, which was announced earlier today:

The National League lineup features former Yankee Melky Cabrera in the two-hole, with former Met Carlos Beltran batting fifth.
