Mets to honor Beastie Boys

Fan CommentsWhen the Mets come to the plate tonight, they will be accompanied by the familiar sound of the Beastie Boys. This after Beastie Boys member and Brooklyn native Adam Yauch, a.k.a. MCA, had passed away earlier today from a long battle with cancer.
It appears that each member of the team will have a unique Beastie Boys song. Third baseman David Wright has selected “Brass Monkey.”
